Frank Shorter is legend in American athletics, the first man to win Gold in the marathon at the ‘72 Olympics, he went on to set distance records throughout the 70’s and 80’s and is credited with launching the jogging movement along with Steve Prefontaine. The brand had lapsed in recent years and Gresvig planned to re-launch with a new collection bearing the runner’s name. Our challenge was to evoke the period of Frank’s glory days while meeting the needs of the modern fitness enthusiast. The collection is now available through the G-Sport chain.
